System Administrator

Salary: £30,000 - 38,000 per year

Requirements

• We are looking for someone with desirable qualifications and experience in areas such as MCSA: Office 365, MCSA: Windows Server 2016/2012, Exchange Server, Office Suite, Networking, Cisco ASA/Meraki router configuration, Azure, RDS/Terminal Services, Mitel, Sophos, and Citrix Certified Associate – Networking (CCA-N).
• We require applicants to be free to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• We ensure our client delivers an effective and efficient service.
• We resolve customer problems and issues promptly to support client satisfaction.
• We maintain excellent product knowledge of all our company products and services.
• We contribute to and maintain a technical library, keeping relevant information up to date.
• We provide input on scaling systems as required and offer technical advice and risk assessments to the Service Delivery Manager as needed.
• We invest time in understanding current and new technical developments and staying up to date with them.
