Requirements
- We are looking for a strong commercial background as a Developer with leadership or senior responsibility.

- Desirable experience includes VoIP platforms such as Asterisk.
Responsibilities
- We lead and contribute to system design and development using Agile and Scrum principles.
- We act as the technical lead and mentor to Developers and Graduate Developers.
- We design, develop, and maintain Linux-based software solutions.
- We own CI/CD pipelines and drive improvements in code quality and testing.
- We work closely with product and account teams to support rollouts, demonstrations, and escalations.
- We produce clear, high-quality technical documentation.
- We make informed technical decisions considering performance, scalability, and commercial impact.
