Requirements

Responsibilities

• We lead and contribute to system design and development using Agile and Scrum principles.
• We act as the technical lead and mentor to Developers and Graduate Developers.
• We design, develop, and maintain Linux-based software solutions.
• We own CI/CD pipelines and drive improvements in code quality and testing.
• We work closely with product and account teams to support rollouts, demonstrations, and escalations.
• We produce clear, high-quality technical documentation.
• We make informed technical decisions considering performance, scalability, and commercial impact.
