They are seeking a Principal Product Strategy Consultant to help clients navigate uncertainty, identify opportunities, and make better decisions, focusing on business strategy, product opportunities, and AI transformation.

Responsibilities Help clients identify opportunities at the intersection of business, technology, products, and AILead discovery efforts, executive workshops, and strategic conversationsFacilitate discussions that help organizations align around priorities and decisionsShape product, experience, innovation, and transformation strategiesDevelop strategic narratives, visions, recommendations, and roadmapsHelp clients understand where AI creates meaningful value and where it does notTranslate emerging technologies into practical opportunities and business outcomesWork closely with designers, engineers, consultants, and client teams to shape future-state concepts and implementation approachesContribute to thought leadership, methods, frameworks, and reusable approaches that strengthen Product Studio's capabilitiesSupport strategic pursuits and help shape new opportunities for Nagarro Skills Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilityExperience helping organizations identify opportunities, shape direction, and make decisions in complex environmentsExcellent workshop facilitation and executive communication skillsThe ability to connect business objectives, customer needs, technology capabilities, and execution realitiesStrong product fluency and understanding of how successful products, services, and experiences are createdDeep curiosity about technology, AI, and how they are changing industries, organizations, and customer expectationsExperience working with enterprise clients and executive stakeholdersCommercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities that create meaningful business valueComfort operating in ambiguity and helping others navigate itStrong storytelling skills and the ability to create narratives that build understanding and convictionA bias toward action, experimentation, and learningExperience in enterprise, consulting, technology, software, product, innovation, or transformation environmentsExperience creating something from nothingPortfolio demonstrating product strategy work, innovation or transformation initiatives, workshop facilitation, strategic narratives and vision development, business, product, or technology strategy, AI-related initiatives or opportunities, and products, ventures, or initiatives personally helped build Company Overview Nagarro helps future-proof your business through a forward-thinking, fluidic, and CARING mindset.
