QA Lead-Contractor

Description: Implement and refine QA strategies in collaboration with the Product Development Manager.Lead the design, development, and execution of testing frameworks aligned to architecture and quality standards.Drive the use and optimization of test automation frameworks and practices.Coordinate QA work with development and product management teams to support smooth delivery.Mentor and coach QA team members to strengthen quality practices and leadership capability.Lead process improvement initiatives for QA tools, methods, and workflows.Stay current on QA technologies, methodologies, and industry best practices.Provide QA guidance during project planning and execution across the product lifecycle.Ensure quality, reliability, and clinical compliance across mobile and backend systems.Requirements: Strong mobile testing experience across both iOS and Android, including React Native applications.This is a hard requirement: experience testing React Native applications.Proficiency in Python for test automation development.Experience with pytest, Appium, or equivalent automation frameworks.Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum practices.Solid understanding of CI/CD and DevOps QA integration practices.Excellent communication skills in English.Ability to manage stakeholder relationships.Leadership, mentoring, and coaching abilities.Strategic thinking, decision-making, and project management skills.Strong technical skills in both mobile and backend QA.Knowledge of test automation frameworks and methodologies.Benefits: Flexible work environment with office, home, or hybrid options.Remote-first hiring, onboarding, and work approach.Opportunities to learn from a global team across cultures.Focus on wellbeing during the annual cycle.Fitness offerings available.Mental health plans available in some countries.Generous time off.Career growth and development opportunities across projects, offerings, and industries.
