Software Developer - Bierley

Salary: £30,000 - 55,000 per year

Requirements

• Strong commercial experience working with PHP and MySQL
• Previous experience developing solutions using Python and APIs
• Exposure to AWS and cloud-hosted environments
• Experience with Power BI and/or Power Automate would be advantageous
• Background supporting transport, logistics, warehousing or operational systems would be beneficial

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance our internally built applications and platforms
• Support integrations between our internal software and external systems
• Improve reporting capabilities and automation processes across our business
• Work on web-based applications and operational support tools
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver practical technology solutions
• Identify and implement improvements that increase system capability and efficiency

We are offering a five-month Software Developer contract with immediate impact across multiple business systems. This is a hybrid and remote opportunity with flexibility around site visits, and you will gain exposure to a varied technology stack including PHP, MySQL, Python and AWS.
