AI/ML Engineer

Salary: £40,000 - 80,000 per year

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field
• 3-5 years of professional experience in AI/ML development, preferably in fintech or a related industry
• Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of data pipelines, ETL processes, and databases (SQL and NoSQL)
• Understanding of SaaS architecture and experience building scalable, secure applications
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Design and implement machine learning models and AI algorithms using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other relevant frameworks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into our SaaS platform
• Work on data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization to ensure high accuracy and performance
• Evaluate and fine-tune models to improve accuracy and performance
• Integrate machine learning models into production systems and ensure scalability and reliability
• Research and implement state-of-the-art AI/ML techniques, including natural language processing (NLP), time-series analysis, and reinforcement learning
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of AI/ML solutions in a cloud-based environment
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in AI/ML and fintech trends to drive innovation within the company
