IT Technician

Salary: £30,000 - 35,000 per year

Requirements

• Experience providing 2nd line IT support
• Confidence in troubleshooting Windows systems, devices, and cloud platforms
• Skills in or a keen interest in developing expertise in Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Entra, Intune, networking, and telephony
• Clear communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
• Highly organized, customer-focused, and adaptable
• Flexibility to support occasional out-of-hours work

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support across Microsoft 365, Intune, SharePoint, clinical systems, and VoIP telephony
• Resolve day-to-day support requests
• Contribute to cyber security and system administration
• Participate in project work as needed
• Meet the demands of services operating 24/7, which may include out-of-hours site visits and remote support work
