Senior Copilot & Power Platform Consultant

Salary: £85,000 - 86,000 per year

Requirements

• We are looking for strong experience in technical or consulting roles with deep expertise in Microsoft Copilot and Power Platform.
• We need a proven record of leading successful, large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
• We expect experience delivering low-code solutions, ideally using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• We value previous experience leading client workshops or demonstrations showcasing Copilot and AI technologies.
• We require a strong understanding of the Microsoft technology stack, including Power Platform, Microsoft 365, and Azure, which is desirable.
• We need strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• We value a passion for AI and its transformative impact on businesses.
• Microsoft certifications in Power Platform, AI, or cloud technologies are desirable.
• A consulting or professional services background is desirable.
• Experience working in agile delivery environments is desirable.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, particularly integrated with Power Platform or Copilot solutions, is desirable.
• Experience with Microsoft Purview, including data governance, compliance, or information protection, is desirable.

Responsibilities

• We engage directly with clients to gather requirements and understand business processes.
• We translate business needs into scalable Copilot and AI-driven solutions.
• We provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• We lead client demonstrations, workshops, and training sessions on Copilot Studio best practices.
• We troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Copilot Studio implementations.
• We support solution integration and deployment into wider Microsoft ecosystems.
• We mentor and provide technical direction to junior consultants.
• We play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering low-code, AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• We work closely with clients to design intelligent solutions and ensure successful implementation and adoption.
