Dynamics 365 CRM / Power Platform Consultant

Salary: £42,000 - 54,000 per year

Requirements

• Proven experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
• Hands-on knowledge of the Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate
• Experience reviewing or assessing existing Microsoft environments
• Understanding of platform governance and best practice
• Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct a full review of the existing Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform environment
• Assess current configuration, customisations and solution structure
• Review Power Apps, Power Automate workflows and Dataverse architecture
• Evaluate platform governance, security roles and environment management
• Identify technical debt, performance issues and areas for optimisation
• Produce documentation outlining findings and recommended improvements

We are seeking a Dynamics 365 CRM / Power Platform Consultant for a contract of 3-6 months, with a focus on reviewing our current setup, assessing configurations, governance, and usage, while also identifying areas for optimisation. This role can be performed in a hybrid or remote capacity in the UK.
