Java Developer - Leeds

Salary: £70,000 - 75,000 per year

Requirements

• Strong front-end and back-end development experience in Java
• Proficiency with AWS Cloud Services
• Experience with Kotlin, AngularJS, Jenkins, and NodeJS
• Familiarity with SQL and Git/GitHub
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes
• Experience in designing and implementing secure systems
• Understanding of DevOps practices
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., DynamoDB)
• Containers experience with Docker and ECS preferred
• AWS Associate Developer accreditation preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Java-based applications
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to support Java software solutions
• Implement complex workflows using AWS Services
• Design secure systems and ensure adherence to DevOps practices
• Build and manage continuous integration processes
• Work with both front-end and back-end technologies
