Business Analyst (SC Cleared) - London

Salary: £55,000 - 60,000 per year

Requirements

• Active Security Clearance
• Consultant mindset with an appetite for working in a variety of business domains
• Ability to work with agile delivery teams
• Strong relationship-building skills with clients, stakeholders, and end users
• Rigorous analytical thinking skills for defining MVP, epics, and user stories
• Familiarity with a range of techniques and methods applicable to different project stages, business domains, and delivery environments
• Business-focused approach to help clients define, measure, and realize objectives and benefits
• Effective communication skills to explain the why and what to clients and colleagues
• Motivated to deliver high-quality outcomes in all assignments
• Experience working in the UK Public Sector with understanding of the GDS Service Manual (nice to have)
• Scrum agile coaching experience (nice to have)
• Product owner or proxy product owner experience (nice to have)
• Waterfall project delivery experience (nice to have)
• Active contributor to communities of practice (nice to have)
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
