IT Technician - Liverpool

Salary: £41,000 - 81,000 per year

Requirements

• We ideally want experience providing IT support in the education sector, such as in a school, college, or multi-academy trust
• We are looking for a proactive approach to IT support in an end-user-facing environment
• We require excellent customer service and communication skills
• We need strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365
• We would prefer familiarity with systems and technologies used in the education sector

Responsibilities

• We provide first line and second line IT support to primary schools across Merseyside
• We work closely with schools to resolve day-to-day technical issues
• We maintain secure and reliable systems that support teaching, learning, and school operations
• We deliver helpdesk support, including on-site and remote troubleshooting
• We carry out system maintenance, device builds, and installations
• We monitor backups, security, and filtering systems on an ongoing basis
