.NET Technical Team Lead

Salary: £35,000 - 55,000 per year

Requirements

• We are looking for a strong .NET Technical Team Leader with hands-on technical expertise.
• We need approximately 10 years of programming experience in C#.NET or Python.
• We require experience with SQL Server.
• We value design and architecture experience.
• We need proven team leadership experience.
• We expect strong project leadership across multiple domains.

• We value project management experience.
• Desirable experience includes JIRA, Bitbucket, Salesforce, and cyber security knowledge.

Responsibilities

• We lead a team of five developers who maintain and improve our internal software systems.
• We understand our business needs and liaise with users to define enhancements clearly.
• We ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
• We contribute directly to programming tasks.
• We oversee system design and architecture.
• We manage and support a remote development team.
• We work closely with the Head of Systems, DB & API and key leaders across Accounts, Global Operations, Support, Sales, and Sales Management.
• We balance leadership, delivery, and hands-on development responsibilities.
