Remote Implementation Project Lead

Salary: £38,000 - 55,000 per year

Requirements

• We are looking for a positive, self-motivated professional with experience in project management to implement our software.
• 3+ years of experience in internal audit, external audit, IT audit, IT compliance, or risk management, with direct involvement in implementing, configuring, or rolling out audit, risk, or compliance systems.
• 3+ years delivering software implementations in a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment from kickoff through go-live, highly preferred.
• We thrive in a fast-paced environment and can prioritize work, with constant learning and adaptability.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with emphasis on phone, email, and online communications.
• Ability to connect at all levels of the organization using diplomatic communication, influence, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage our own workload with limited oversight.
• Intermediate to expert Excel skills.
• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep knowledge of our product and help customers through the implementation lifecycle from kickoff through design and user acceptance testing.
• Gather and interpret customer requirements and configure our solution to meet their needs.
• Serve as a project manager for small, medium, and large implementation projects.
• Maintain project status and manage client and internal resources to complete project deliverables.
