Salary: £109,440 - 116,160 per year

Requirements

• Extensive experience working within government departments and a deep understanding of GDS.
• Ability to align designs with organisational goals and technical delivery capabilities.
• You must hold current, active SC Clearance to be considered for this position.
• A proven track record of using verified information to solve complex service problems.

Responsibilities

• Create end-to-end services that meet diverse user needs and ensure accessibility across all touchpoints.
• Analyse dependencies and service ecosystems to provide visual, easy-to-understand artefacts.
• Facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions, designing in the open to share knowledge across the wider design community.
• Advocate for inclusive design practices and support the development of long-term service strategies and roadmaps.
• Guide junior designers and contribute to the growth of the internal design profession.
