Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, or Marketing modules.
• Experience gathering business requirements and working directly with end users.
• Basic understanding of CRM integrations and data migration activities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in an Agile environment is preferred.
• Japanese language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support, configure, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into effective CRM configurations.
• Manage users, security roles, workflows, dashboards, and system settings.
• Identify opportunities to improve CRM functionality and user experience.
• Participate in Dynamics 365 implementation and enhancement projects.
• Support integrations between Dynamics 365 and other business applications.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Assist with data migration and system upgrades.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for Dynamics 365 users.
• Investigate and resolve CRM-related issues.
• Create user documentation and deliver training sessions when required.
• Promote best practices and encourage CRM adoption across the business.
• Support SIT and UAT activities for new releases and enhancements.
• Monitor system performance and data quality.
• Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities using Power Platform tools.
