Requirements

• Proven Scrum Master experience within a software, data engineering or technical delivery environment.
• Strong Azure DevOps knowledge, including Boards, Repos, Pipelines and sprint management.
• Experience working with Data Engineering, BI or Analytics teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and Agile delivery skills.
• Exposure to Microsoft Fabric or modern data platforms.
• Knowledge of SQL, data pipelines or BI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead Scrum ceremonies and manage sprint delivery using Azure DevOps.
• Coordinate delivery across Data Engineering and Analytics teams.
• Remove blockers, manage dependencies and ensure successful project delivery.
• Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement within the team.
• Work closely with Data Engineers, BI Developers and technical stakeholders to drive delivery and support a large-scale data and analytics transformation programme.

We are recruiting an experienced Scrum Master to join a large-scale data and analytics transformation programme. This is a 6-month contract role, offered outside IR35, with a rate of £500 per day. The position is remote with some nationwide site visits. You will join a highly technical, collaborative Agile team delivering modern cloud-based data solutions in a fast-paced environment.
