Salary: £28,000 - 28,000 per year

Requirements

• CompTIA Network or equivalent
• Proven experience in a technical role or network engineering within the technology sector
• Strong understanding of WiFi systems, network security protocols, and troubleshooting techniques
• Previous experience working with CCTV solutions
• Excellent analytical skills to assess client needs and develop tailored technical solutions
• Exceptional customer service skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Experience with product demonstrations

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot WiFi and network security hardware and software across client sites
• Conduct site surveys to assess technical requirements and recommend optimal solutions
• Provide technical support for clients via remote assistance or on-site visits
• Collaborate with sales teams to demonstrate product capabilities through detailed demos and presentations
• Assist in managing project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of solutions aligned with client needs
• Access hardware at height via MEWP and other access methods
• Support business development efforts by identifying opportunities for upselling or expanding existing services
• Maintain accurate records of service activities, configurations, and system updates using CRM software
