- We welcome experience with Java, C#, Python, TypeScript, Go, or similar languages.
- We need solid hands-on experience designing and building CI/CD pipelines and running containerised workloads in production.
- We require experience with Infrastructure as Code such as CloudFormation/CDK, Terraform, or Pulumi.
- We value confidence building pipelines that hold up under real production load.
- We look for a track record of building tooling or automation that other engineers rely on day to day.

- We prefer AWS experience, GitHub Actions, continuous release, progressive delivery, and production observability experience.

Responsibilities
- We design and build internal tooling, templates, and scaffolding that make the right way the easy way for engineering teams across our business.
- We build and maintain robust, fast, production-ready CI/CD pipelines that reduce friction for every team that depends on them.
- We treat developer experience as a product by gathering feedback from engineers, identifying pain points, and iterating toward solutions that deliver measurable value.
- We own test architecture as a deliberate design problem by defining and embedding standards for unit, integration, and contract testing across our platform.
- We collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and stakeholders to surface ideas, take feedback, and shape the direction of our platform engineering function.
- We help define the patterns, pipelines, and tooling that will shape how our engineering teams build and ship software for years to come.
