ServiceNow Developer

Salary: £132,000 - 148,500 per year

Requirements

• Strong ServiceNow technical expertise ideally on TSOM design, development, and implementation projects
• In-depth technical experience on ServiceNow ITSM and other common modules such as TSOM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, SecOps, and custom applications
• Proven expertise in ServiceNow integrations including REST, SOAP, APIs, and MID Servers
• Experience in designing, developing, and implementing CMDB and Discovery
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide, Flow Designer) and ServiceNow data models
• Deep technical expertise in the ServiceNow platform, serving as a technical authority on ServiceNow architecture, design, and best practices
• Exposure to cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise IT ecosystems preferred
• Qualifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD), ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions
• Collaborate with our global IT Consultancy team on a project for a Telecoms external client
• Work on ServiceNow integrations, ensuring they align with project requirements
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance
• Provide mentorship and support to junior team members where necessary
• Test and troubleshoot ServiceNow solutions to ensure quality and functionality
