Remote Senior .NET Developer

Salary: £57,000 - 97,000 per year

Requirements

• Microsoft tech stack development experience with software security
• Demonstrable experience as a systems administrator or software developer, or both
• Expert knowledge of cloud security
• Passion for software security / DevSecOps, with knowledge of Terraform, Bicep, Sonar Cloud, Wiz, and similar security products preferred
• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as Microsoft Azure
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and practices
• Ability to perform rapid risk assessment and threat modeling
• Experience with Azure security monitoring, including Application Insights and SIEM
• Excellent communication skills to ensure stakeholder alignment and successful outcomes at all stages of product delivery and ongoing support

Responsibilities

• Work mainly remotely as a lead, hands-on software security engineer
• Use our development background to work closely with developers and build trust with them
• Help teams build security into their daily work and support a modern security approach
• Automate, streamline, and shift left while maintaining quality and overall security
• Continue developing and growing our security function
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and various business functions
• Support product delivery and ongoing support through strong stakeholder alignment
• Contribute to the growth of our team as the company matures
