Job Type: Contract - 6 months, with potential for extension Location: Remote (must reside in the CST or EST time zone) Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $40-$48/hour on a W2 basis No Visa Sponsorship Available for this role What You'll Do: Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, facilitating all ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and RetrospectivesPartner closely with Product Owners to maintain well-defined backlogs, clear priorities, and shared team objectivesTrack and communicate team performance metrics, delivery progress, and risks to stakeholders while proactively removing impedimentsCoach team members and stakeholders on Agile principles, values, and best practicesCoordinate across teams to manage dependencies and support broader Agile transformation efforts What Gets You the Job: 5-7 years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in a technical or data-focused environmentDeep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and related tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, and ConfluenceProven success leading cross-functional Agile teams, with strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skillsCertified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent required, plus a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related fieldFamiliarity with BI, Data Warehousing, or Data Engineering and experience with Scaled Agile frameworks like SAFe preferred Irvine Technology Corporation (ITC) connects top talent with exceptional opportunities in IT, Security, Engineering, and Design.
