Role : Automation & ServiceNow Integration Engineer(Only w2) Location : Remote Minimum 8+ Years of Experience required.

Position Summary: The Automation & ServiceNow Integration Engineer is part of the mission-critical Platform Operations team and will design, develop, and maintain automation workflows supporting enterprise patching, vulnerability remediation, and infrastructure orchestration initiatives.

This role focuses on Ansible Automation Platform (AAP), ServiceNow integration, API development, workflow automation, and modernization efforts to reduce dependency on legacy SCORCH workflows.

The ideal candidate has strong automation engineering skills, scripting expertise, and experience integrating enterprise operational systems.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Design and maintain automation workflows using Ansible Automation Platform (AAP).Develop ServiceNow integrations for automated Change Request (CR) creation and approval workflows.Build API-based integrations between MECM, ServiceNow, vulnerability platforms, Azure services, and reporting systems.Develop reusable automation playbooks, templates, and orchestration pipelines.Support approval-gated deployment workflows and compliance automation.Assist with migration of legacy SCORCH workflows into AAP.Collaborate with infrastructure engineers on deployment automation strategies.Troubleshoot and optimize automation pipelines and orchestration workflows.Maintain automation documentation, standards, SOPs, and operational procedures.Support operational monitoring and workflow reliability initiatives.Required Skills Strong Ansible Automation Platform (AAP) experience.Strong PowerShell and/or Python scripting experience.Experience integrating ServiceNow workflows and APIs.Experience with REST APIs and enterprise automation orchestration.Familiarity with Windows infrastructure operations and enterprise patch management.Experience developing reusable automation frameworks and workflows.Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Experience 5+ years of infrastructure automation experience.Experience supporting enterprise operational automation initiatives.Experience integrating enterprise ITSM platforms.Experience working in regulated environments preferred.
