Salary: £55,000 - 55,000 per year

Requirements

• Basic to intermediate Microsoft 365 certification
• Some experience with Unified Communications (e.g., Teams Voice, SIP trunking, SBCs)
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• A proactive, customer-focused mindset
• Willingness to work flexible hours during key project phases
• Full UK driving licence

Responsibilities

• Survey, design, plan, test, and deploy technical deliverables for customer site transitions
• Use standardised tooling and processes to ensure consistent delivery
• Support project teams during key phases such as surveys, testing, go-live, and early life support
• Collaborate with partners and clients to coordinate resources and timelines
• Contribute to customer roadmaps and value delivery
• Participate in remote and on-site work as needed

We are a well-established consultancy based in Bristol, South West England, looking for a motivated M365 Teams Voice Engineer to join our Site Transition Team. This role is ideal for candidates with foundational Microsoft 365 knowledge and hands-on experience in UC technologies who are ready to take the next step in their career. We offer a salary range of £32,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
