Yardi Support Specialist

Salary: £40,000 - 60,000 per year

Requirements

• Minimum of one year supporting Yardi property management software
• Strong application support experience
• Analytical thinker
• Properly document Yardi client support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system
• Prioritise and route client requests to other internal and external resources
• Able to assess and resolve Yardi related issues, determining if a Yardi problem is systemic in nature and reacting accordingly
• Superb interpersonal skills and customer service
• Track record of working from home

Responsibilities

• Dealing with support tickets and queries related to Yardi software
• Providing telephone, email, and remote support for real estate and property investment clients
• Analyzing and troubleshooting customer support enquiries
• Coming up with solutions and debugging the software
• Documenting results of support requests
