Technical Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant (O2C & P2P)

Salary: £54,000 - 94,000 per year

Requirements

• We are looking for experienced Oracle Fusion Functional Consultants with hands-on implementation experience across multiple projects.
• We require deep functional expertise in either Order to Cash (O2C) or Procure to Pay (P2P).
• We need strong experience in Oracle Fusion Accounts Receivable, Collections, Fusion Tax, Procurement, and Payables, depending on the role.
• We value experience working in complex, enterprise-scale programme environments.
• We require the ability to review and approve solution design documentation, integrations, and data migration specifications.
• We are looking for candidates with proven assurance skills and the ability to challenge solutions effectively.
• We need excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• We require experience supporting System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Experience working in PPM or Projects-enabled environments is highly desirable.
• A background supporting major transformation programmes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• We provide expert guidance across Oracle Fusion functional areas relevant to the role.
• We review and approve solution design documentation, including integrations and data migration specs.
• We ensure solution quality and alignment with business requirements.
• We support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• We collaborate closely with GPOs, Workstream Leads, and SMEs.
• For the O2C role, we work across Oracle Fusion Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Fusion Tax within PPM Billing / Projects environments.
• For the P2P role, we work across Oracle Fusion Procurement and Payables within a Projects / PPM-enabled environment.
• We help ensure solutions meet business needs and quality standards throughout delivery.

We are supporting a major transformation programme and hiring two experienced Oracle Fusion Functional Consultants for high-impact contract roles in a complex, enterprise-scale environment. These positions are fully remote, offered on a six-month contract, and are outside IR35. One role focuses on Order to Cash, and the other focuses on Procure to Pay, both working closely with key stakeholders across the programme. We are seeking professionals who can provide strong functional assurance, contribute to solution quality, and support testing and delivery activities across multiple workstreams.
