• Familiarity with AB testing and campaign analysis.
• Ability to manage risks and ensure alignment between technical execution and business goals.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with technical delivery teams to align architecture with our business objectives.
• Champion the technical details behind data fields for mailing lists and dashboards.
• Facilitate scope revisions and ensure testing aligns with our business needs.
• Manage delivery risks in collaboration with delivery teams.
• Identify automation opportunities in the backlog with engagement managers.
• Act as a subject matter expert to recommend optimal builds for automated campaigns.
• Lead business change as our engagement team adopts new technologies.
• Oversee training and capability development for technology adoption.
• Transition working automation programmes to the G7 lead.
• Serve as a product owner for E-shot, ensuring governance and process adherence.
• Enhance team capability and embed best practices like AB testing.
• Coordinate and integrate campaign analysis into business-as-usual processes.

We are seeking a Business Analyst with marketing expertise for a 3-month contract with a potential immediate start, subject to BPSS checks. The role is largely remote, with one day onsite per month in Coventry, and is offered at a rate of £400-£450 inside IR35. You will work closely with technical specialists and engagement managers to support successful delivery of marketing campaigns, with a focus on automating processes and optimising data architecture.
