Salary: £40,000 - 50,000 per year
Requirements
- 2+ years of proven professional experience with Microsoft Power Platform and/or Dynamics 365.
- Strong hands-on proficiency in Power Apps (Canvas Apps), Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Solid experience troubleshooting and debugging technical issues independently.
- Good understanding of APIs and data handling, including JSON and/or XML.
- Ability to work across integrated systems and understand complex data flows.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Clear communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage our own workload effectively.
- Willingness to learn and grow into Azure and broader cloud technologies.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and improve solutions using Power Apps (Canvas Apps), Power Automate, Dataverse, and Dynamics 365.
- Take full ownership of defined solution components, delivering features and improvements end to end.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues across flows, applications, and integrations, including complex or inconsistent behaviours.
- Work with external systems and APIs, handling data transformations between XML and JSON formats.
- Support integration work between third-party platforms and Dynamics 365, ensuring data consistency and reliability.
- Collaborate with the wider team to deliver well-structured solutions across client projects.
- Maintain and improve existing systems, including refactoring and optimisation where required.
- Contribute to solution design discussions, offering input on implementation approaches.
- Support occasional Azure-related work, with opportunity to grow our cloud skills over time.
- Maintain clear and structured technical documentation.
