Senior Salesforce Developer

Salary: £70,000 - 70,000 per year

Requirements

• Hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, Lightning, Salesforce Cloud)
• Comfortable working across integrations with other systems
• Ability to take business requirements and turn them into working solutions
• Experience working across different parts of the Salesforce ecosystem
• A pragmatic approach to building, avoiding overengineering and cutting corners
• A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Quick learner who can apply knowledge effectively

Responsibilities

• Work hands-on across Salesforce (Apex, LWC, Flows, integrations)
• Get involved in Agentforce implementation from early-stage exploration through to rollout
• Help define best practices and not just build to spec
• Improve and evolve existing systems
• Collaborate with the wider team to solve real business problems
• Navigate the evolving landscape of AI adoption within the business
