We are a large, forward-thinking product organisation of around 500 to 1,000 people, building innovative geospatial, mapping, and property-related digital products. You will join a collaborative design team of six working across ten product squads, with the opportunity to influence direction and shape both early-stage discovery and existing experiences. You will report into an experienced design leader and work alongside another Senior UX Designer who brings strong UX foundations, while you add more innovation on the UI side. Our culture is supportive, collaborative, and communication-driven, and we offer a remote-first working model for UK-based employees with occasional meet-ups in Exeter, Bristol, or Reading. The package includes a salary of up to £70,000, a discretionary bonus of around 5%, a pension contribution of 6% rising to 10% after 3 years, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, private healthcare, and a wellness allowance.
