Salary: £10,001 - 10,001 per year

Requirements

• We have experience as a former CTO, VP of Engineering, or technical founder.
• We have experience building and scaling engineering teams.
• We have experience working with partners, vendors, and suppliers.
• We have a background in fintech, AI/ML, or data platforms.
• We have a track record of scaling products from MVP to production.
• We have strong knowledge of cloud technologies and modern architecture.
• We have both strategic vision and hands-on technical capability.

Responsibilities

• We define the technology strategy and roadmap.
• We lead architecture across cloud, APIs, and data/AI pipelines.
• We ensure scalability, security, and compliance across our systems.
• We build, mentor, and structure our engineering and product team.
• We manage and oversee our partners, vendors, and suppliers.
• We oversee our data strategy and infrastructure.
• We align technology decisions with product and business goals.

We are hiring a Fractional CTO to provide strategic and hands-on technical leadership for our fintech, AI, and data business. This is a remote or hybrid role at 2-3 days per week, where we will rely on you to own architecture, guide product development, and ensure our systems are scalable and secure. We are looking for someone who can shape our technology direction while working closely with our team, partners, and vendors to support growth from MVP through production.
