Senior Implementation Engineer MSP AI

Salary: £85,000 - 85,000 per year

Requirements

• We have strong hands-on experience building API integrations and delivering platform implementations.
• We have strong JavaScript and/or Python skills for integration scripting, automation logic, and API interaction.
• We have experience with REST API design and delivery, including webhooks, OAuth, JSON data transformation, and event-driven architecture.
• We have implementation experience with two or more of the following: HaloPSA, HubSpot, Sage Intacct, NinjaOne RMM, 3CX, Microsoft 365, or Microsoft Graph API.
• We have cross-platform data mapping and technical documentation skills.
• We use AI in our everyday workflow.
• We are comfortable working autonomously within a management structure for escalation, alignment, and peer review.
• We have advanced communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• We act as the internal technical lead for taking a pre-defined platform stack from strategy to production and scale.
• We build a unified, automated platform that connects and operationalises core systems.
• We enable repeatable onboarding of acquired MSPs.
• We own how the platform is built, documented, and extended as the group grows.
• We work closely with the Operations Director and CTO.
• We execute implementation and integration delivery with significant autonomy.
• We support the platform across remote work, client site visits, and occasional meetings at our London office.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role with strong career progression, a salary of up to £85k, and primarily remote working. You will occasionally visit client sites, mainly in the Midlands but across the UK, or meet colleagues in our London office, with all expenses paid.
