IT Support Analyst

Salary: £28,000 - 33,000 per year

Requirements

• We require at least 2 years experience working in an IT Service Desk or IT Support environment.
• We require confidence supporting both technical and non-technical users at 1st and 2nd line level.
• We require experience with Windows 11 support.
• We require experience administering Office 365 / Microsoft 365.
• We require experience with Active Directory / Entra access management.
• We require experience troubleshooting Microsoft Exchange / email issues.
• We require experience using service desk or ticketing systems.
• We require experience with remote support tools.
• We require experience setting up and troubleshooting printers.
• We require basic network troubleshooting skills, including switches, Wi-Fi, and Meraki.
• We require strong communication skills and a genuine passion for excellent customer service.
• We require the ability to work in the UK.
• We require the ability to commute to Winchester 2-3 days per week.
• Nice to have: experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics.
• Nice to have: experience with telephony systems such as Mitel, Avaya, or similar.
• Nice to have: ITIL knowledge or certification.

Responsibilities

• We provide 1st and 2nd line support to users across the organisation.
• We support both the UK head office and remote users.
• We resolve a wide range of technical issues.
• We manage support tickets.
• We work closely with other IT teams and third-party suppliers.
• We deliver a high level of service to the business.
• We support broader IT project work alongside day-to-day support.
• We contribute to a major digital transformation programme and wider technology change.

We are a well-established UK organisation undergoing a major digital transformation programme, and this is an exciting opportunity to join our internal IT team on a 12-month fixed-term contract with an immediate start. We offer hybrid working, based at our Winchester headquarters 2-3 days per week. This is a varied, fast-paced support role in a modernising IT environment with significant investment in technology and people, giving you exposure to new systems, platforms, and ways of working.
