Salary: £80,000 - 80,000 per year

Requirements

• We have proven experience leading or owning a Salesforce platform within a commercial organisation.
• We have strong hands-on experience with Salesforce administration and configuration.
• We have experience delivering Salesforce projects across Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
• We have knowledge of Salesforce automation tools including Flows and approval processes.
• We have experience integrating Salesforce with third-party applications and business systems.
• Exposure to Salesforce development technologies such as Apex, Lightning Web Components or APIs is beneficial.
• Experience implementing or working with Salesforce Agentforce or other Salesforce AI capabilities is highly desirable.
• We have strong stakeholder management and requirements gathering skills.
• We have previous people management or mentoring experience.
• We have excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• We own the Salesforce platform strategy, roadmap and day-to-day management.
• We lead the design, development and optimisation of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• We drive the implementation and integration of Salesforce Agentforce, identifying AI use cases that improve productivity and customer engagement.
• We manage and mentor one direct report, providing technical guidance and supporting their development.
• We partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• We oversee platform configuration, automation, security, user management and data quality.
• We work with third-party partners where required to deliver larger projects and integrations.
• We ensure platform stability, governance and best practice across the Salesforce ecosystem.
• We champion continuous improvement and promote user adoption through training and engagement.
• We stay up to date with new Salesforce releases, AI capabilities and emerging technologies.

We are recruiting for a permanent Salesforce Lead based in Gerrards Cross, with 2-3 days per week in the office and the remainder remote. This is a hands-on leadership role with a salary of £70-80k plus bonus, and no sponsorship is available. We offer the opportunity to lead the evolution of a business-critical Salesforce platform, shape the Salesforce strategy across the business, and be at the forefront of Salesforce AI adoption through Agentforce, with clear ownership and autonomy.
