Requirements

• We require 3-5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, with at least 1 year focused on Salesforce Data Cloud.
• We require proven experience with Data Streams, Unified Data Model, Identity Resolution, Segmentation, and Activations.
• We require proficiency in SOQL and Data Cloud SQL, including writing queries for Calculated Insights, segmentation logic, and data validation.
• We require a strong understanding of data modelling concepts, customer data platforms, and data integration best practices within Salesforce Data Cloud and the broader Salesforce ecosystem.
• We require experience integrating Data Cloud with Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, or third-party platforms using APIs, native connectors, or MuleSoft.
• We require Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant certification, or you must obtain it within 6 months of joining.
• We require Salesforce Certified Administrator certification.
• We require excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• We require experience working in a fast-paced, client-facing consulting environment.
• We require familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban, and experience working in sprint-based delivery teams.
• We require eligibility to obtain, and preferably current possession of, Full UK Security Clearance at SC level or the ability to attain it.
• We require compliance with UK Security Vetting residency and nationality requirements where applicable.
• Desirable: experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
• Desirable: familiarity with MuleSoft, CRM Analytics, or Agentforce.
• Desirable: additional Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I, Marketing Cloud Consultant, Integration Architect, AI Associate, or AI Specialist.
• Desirable: familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and with data warehouses or data lakes such as Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery.
• Desirable: knowledge of data security and compliance best practices in cloud-based environments.

Responsibilities

• We configure and build Data Cloud solutions for enterprise clients, including Data Streams, DMO mappings, transformations, and ingestion pipelines.
• We implement Identity Resolution rulesets to unify customer profiles across multiple data sources.
• We define match and reconciliation rules aligned to client requirements.
• We develop Calculated Insights and Segments using SOQL and Data Cloud SQL.
• We work with business stakeholders to translate requirements into segment logic for marketing and operational use cases.
• We configure Data Cloud Activations to push unified profiles and segments to downstream platforms.
• We support integration design between Data Cloud and other Salesforce clouds or external systems via MuleSoft, APIs, or native connectors.
• We ensure seamless data flow across platforms and contribute to solution integrity.
• We participate in client workshops and sprint ceremonies as technical subject matter experts.
• We produce clear documentation, including solution designs, data flow diagrams, and configuration guides.
• We contribute to pre-sales and estimation activity as required by the practice.
• We support knowledge sharing and mentor junior team members.
• We work under the direction of the client delivery manager as part of a multi-disciplinary team and follow established delivery processes and working practices.
