Salary: £62,500 - 62,500 per year

Requirements

• We require Salesforce Administrator certification.
• We require experience with Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud.
• We require strong hands-on experience with Flows, including complex multi-step automation, and Salesforce configuration.
• We require experience supporting or delivering a Salesforce implementation or migration project.
• We require familiarity with Findock or a similar payment integration within Salesforce.
• We require a strong understanding of data management, reporting, and user support.
• We require the ability to work confidently with non-technical stakeholders and gather requirements.
• We require candidates to be based in the UK and to work remotely from the UK.
• We are unable to offer sponsorship for this role.

Responsibilities

• We support the migration to Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud, including data, processes, and user adoption.
• We own day-to-day administration of the Salesforce platform, including user management, permissions, and data quality.
• We build and maintain Flows to automate processes across fundraising, finance, and operations.
• We configure the system, including objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.
• We support and optimise Findock for payments, donations, and financial reconciliation.
• We troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing platform support to end users.
• We gather requirements and work with stakeholders to improve platform usage and business processes.

We are a well-established non-profit organisation offering a fully remote, part-time contract role for a Salesforce Administrator. This position supports a major programme of work running through to October 2027, with a primary focus on a large-scale migration to Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud and ongoing platform optimisation. The role starts in June and is based in the UK, with no sponsorship available.
