Requirements

• Strong BAU infrastructure support experience
• Experience with Microsoft 365
• Experience with Azure and Entra ID
• Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy
• Experience with Intune, MECM or SCCM
• Experience with Windows Server
• Experience with VMware or Hyper-V
• Citrix, SQL, backups or MFT experience would be useful
• Confident troubleshooting skills
• Strong stakeholder communication skills
• Able to start immediately and work independently in a broad BAU environment

• Provide BAU infrastructure support across Microsoft cloud, EUC, server and core infrastructure services
• Keep BAU operations moving and help maintain service stability
• Resolve issues and support users and internal IT teams
• Work confidently across a broad Microsoft infrastructure environment
• Pick up tasks quickly and provide hands-on support

We are supporting a client with an urgent short-term contract requirement for a Senior Microsoft Infrastructure Engineer. This is a UK remote role, inside IR35, with a rate of up to £600/day and a duration of 3 months. We need someone who can start on 1st July, interview and commit quickly, and work independently in a broad BAU environment. This would suit an experienced Senior Infrastructure Engineer, Microsoft Infrastructure Engineer or strong 3rd Line Engineer. There is no on-call requirement.
