Requirements
- Previous experience of change coordination within a PMO
- Highly organised with superior attention to detail
- Major Project experience (advantageous)
- Stakeholder management skills
- Analytical thinker
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Power BI (desirable)
- Experience with Ecosys (desirable)
Responsibilities
- Work with other change coordinators in the central team to generate supporting information for the Project Return on Total Capital (ROTC) Meeting monthly
- Produce the Project ROTC slide deck
- Collate data from all programmes/areas associated with the change process
- Monitor and review the project change register, ensuring its upkeep
- Responsible for the PCR template and its updates as required
- Contribute to drafting procedures, sub-processes, and working instructions related to the change process
- Update and maintain the Change Project Controls Calendar
- Coordinate and arrange meetings for Project ROTC, collaborating with Directors PAs
- Actively contribute to all team meetings with change coordinators from central, area, and programmes
- Support programmes functions where no change coordinator is in place
- Lead on the monthly Key Performance Indicators for the Change Process
- Produce the Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB) in the cost tool (Ecosys) with the latest updates
- Share the PMB with change coordinators and costs engineers following approvals in the month of PCRs and the uploading of data into Ecosys
- Collaborate with the central change team to develop Power BI data for wider project reporting
- Contribute to the continual improvement of the Project and specifically the change process
- Work collaboratively with all staff on the project to support delivery of project goals
