Senior Project Manager - Oracle HCM Integration

Salary: £30,000 - 60,000 per year

Requirements

• 8 years of experience in IT Delivery, Project Management, or Programme Management roles
• Proven experience on large-scale digital transformation programmes
• Strong background managing complex system integrations
• Experience delivering within Waterfall methodologies, such as PRINCE2 or equivalent
• Experience implementing Workforce Scheduler solutions
• Experience with Oracle HCM modules, including Workforce Scheduler and HCM Time and Labour
• Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite
• Experience with Oracle Field Service
• Familiarity with ServiceNow

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end integration delivery lifecycle, from validation through deployment and support transition
• Work closely with SI partners, HR, IT, and third-party providers to ensure milestones are delivered
• Oversee integration alignment across Oracle HCM, Oracle EBS, payroll, and field service applications
• Manage design validation, governance, and sign-off processes
• Support cutover planning and transition into BAU operations
• Monitor delivery risks, dependencies, and timelines, driving mitigation where needed
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and ensure consistent delivery performance

We are a leading energy organisation running a major Oracle HCM Cloud transformation programme. The programme is already at an advanced stage, with integration build and system testing completed, and we now need a strong delivery lead to drive the final phases, including integration validation, deployment, and transition into BAU. This is a 6-month contract based in Reading with a hybrid working model of 2 days onsite and 3 days remote, starting in June 2026. The role offers the opportunity to play a pivotal part in delivering critical integrations across HR, payroll, and field service systems.
