Responsibilities

• We lead and manage software engineering teams delivering complex applications and services.
• We provide technical leadership and guidance to ensure adherence to engineering best practices.
• We line manage engineers, including performance reviews, career development, and mentoring.
• We ensure code quality, maintainability, scalability, and security.
• We establish and enforce engineering standards and development practices.
• We drive adoption of modern engineering approaches, including CI/CD, automation, and code reviews.
• We support engineers in solving complex technical challenges and removing blockers.
• We own and manage Interface Control Documents, including creation, review, maintenance, and change control.
• We ensure interface definitions are accurate, current, and traceable to system requirements.
• We collaborate with architects and technical leads on system design.
• We ensure technical documentation is produced and maintained.
• We support governance, compliance, and audit requirements.
