# UX Researcher at FutureSight ## Position Overview Join FutureSight as a UX Researcher and collaborate with our studio team on diverse projects for clients and new startup initiatives.

Strong engagement and communication skills are fundamental to success in this role. ## Position Details - **Experience Level:** Junior-Mid (2+ years) - **Location:** Remote - **Contract:** Full-time (flexible/GMT availability) - **Start Date:** As soon as possible ## Key Responsibilities - Influence crucial areas of user experience - Collaborate with the product team and participate in activities - Plan and execute user research projects, including usability tests, interviews, surveys, personas, customer journey mapping, field visits, and remote sessions - Develop a user research roadmap to explore and measure customer experience - Work closely with UX/UI designers and the product team to identify research questions and hypotheses - Analyze, connect, visualize, and present research results to the Product Team - Drive actions through insight delivery - Advocate for users and help others understand user needs - Continuously innovate and improve research processes, combining qualitative and quantitative methods - Meet clients to gather information about their requirements and research needs ## Key Requirements - Empathetic and curious, with a passion for understanding people's behaviors and motivations - 2+ years of experience as a UX Researcher - Proficient in various user testing methods - Familiarity with tools like FigJam, Figma - Excellent English skills, both spoken and written - In-depth understanding of the design process - Ability to define and test hypotheses in practice - Relevant training and/or certifications as a UX Researcher - Proficiency in ChatGPT and similar generative AI tools - Experience with AI tools for workflow automation and creativity (e.g., DALL-E, OpenAI API) ## Nice to Have - Communicative in Polish - Experience in AI tools - Experience with user research in diverse cultural contexts ## Why Join FutureSight? - Flexible Working Hours: Value-driven, not 9-5 - Remote Work: Work from anywhere with flexible hours - Competitive Salary: Adjusted based on your region - Performance Bonuses: Rewarding excellence - Career Growth: Development opportunities - Global Projects: Work with leading brands ## About FutureSight FUTURESIGHT™ is a digital design studio, digital marketing agency, and co-founder of a fast-growing international digital group that associates with hundreds of experts worldwide.
