IT Support Technician

Salary: £28,000 - 30,000 per year

Requirements

• Previous experience providing 1st and 2nd line IT support
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems, MS Office, and networking
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Exchange Online, and Intune
• Strong communication skills with a proactive, can-do approach
• The ability to organise, prioritise, and remain calm under pressure

Responsibilities

• Providing 1st and 2nd line telephone and remote support for IT systems, hardware, and software
• Setting up and maintaining laptops, PCs, accounts, and user access
• Logging and resolving helpdesk requests promptly, following agreed SLAs
• Creating user-friendly documentation
• Supporting IT projects and maintaining accurate asset registers
• Assisting with the ongoing improvement of systems, processes, and user experience

This permanent, full-time role is based in our Bradford Head Office with a hybrid working model (at least two days in the office).
