Key Responsibilities Collect, clean, and validate data from various internal sources to ensure it is ready for analysis.Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights for leadership.Build and maintain intuitive dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.Partner with stakeholders across HR, Sales, and Operations to understand their data needs.Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements for new projects.Perform basic statistical analysis to help support high-level decision-making.Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of all company data.Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex formulas.Basic understanding of SQL for querying and extracting data from databases.Knowledge of data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.Natural analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of attention to detail.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical findings to non-technical teams.A proactive mindset and the ability to handle large, complex datasets effectively.Why You’ll Love Working Here We offer a collaborative environment where your work directly impacts our strategy.
