Requirements

• We need an experienced Salesforce Architect with strong expertise in the telecommunications industry.
• We need proven experience leading end-to-end architecture for Service Cloud and Experience Cloud digital launches.
• We need the ability to design scalable Sales Cloud architectures for high-volume customer journeys and workflows.
• We need experience defining secure and resilient integration architectures with billing and provisioning systems.
• We need the ability to set performance, security, and best-practice standards for OmniStudio service experiences.
• Telco industry experience is highly beneficial for complex, large-scale Salesforce architectures.
• This role requires occasional onsite presence in London for essential stakeholder meetings.
• This is a 6-month contract opportunity.
• We are offering this role on an Outside IR35 basis with a hybrid remote working arrangement.

Responsibilities

• We will lead the end-to-end architecture of Service Cloud and Experience Cloud digital launches.
• We will design scalable Sales Cloud solutions for high-volume customer journeys and workflows.
• We will define secure and resilient integration architecture with telco billing and provisioning systems.
• We will set performance, security, and best-practice standards for OmniStudio service experiences.
• We will support a client launching a new product line that requires scalable service processes, custom solutions, and optimised customer journeys.
• We will attend occasional onsite meetings in London with key stakeholders.

We are recruiting for an experienced Salesforce Architect to support a client in the telecommunications sector on a pivotal 6-month contract. This is an Outside IR35 opportunity offered on a hybrid remote basis.
