Salary: £96,000 - 150,000 per year
Requirements
- We require at least 5 years of Workday experience.
- We require strong expertise in Workday HCM, including Recruiting and Reporting.
- We require experience in at least one additional area such as Integrations or Security.
- We require proven experience configuring Workday Recruiting end to end.
- We require strong reporting and analytics capability, including workforce and recruitment metrics.
- We require experience building and maintaining Workday reports and dashboards.
- We require a strong understanding of end to end HR and talent acquisition processes.
- We require experience optimising business processes and improving user experience.
- We require experience supporting BAU operations, releases, and system changes.
- We require experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
- We require strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- We require high attention to detail in regulated environments.
- We prefer experience with Workday Prism Analytics.
- We prefer knowledge of additional Workday modules such as Compensation, Absence, Benefits, Payroll, or Finance.
- We prefer experience with Workday integrations such as job boards or background checks.
- We prefer experience in public sector or complex organisations.
- We prefer a consulting or advisory background.
Responsibilities
- We will deliver enhancements across Workday HCM, including configuration, reporting, business processes, and data loads.
- We will provide subject matter expertise in Workday Recruiting, including requisitions, candidate workflows, and offer management.
- We will build and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR and recruitment insights.
- We will gather and translate business requirements into effective system solutions and technical designs.
- We will lead stakeholder workshops and collaborate across HR, IT, and external partners.
- We will manage and prioritise BAU support tickets, enhancements, and system changes.
- We will support Workday bi annual releases, including impact assessments and feature enablement.
- We will ensure compliance with governance, security, and GDPR standards.
- We will monitor and maintain Workday security configurations.
- We will drive continuous improvement and business process optimisation.
- We will provide guidance and mentoring to internal stakeholders.
- We will support business cases and documentation for system changes and enhancements.
