Salary: £31,500 - 59,500 per year

Requirements

• We require 8–12 years of proven experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Cloud Infrastructure roles.
• We require strong expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• We require hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or ArgoCD.
• We require proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Helm.
• We require solid understanding of Kubernetes and containerization.
• We require knowledge of networking, load balancing, security, and firewalls in cloud environments.
• We require expertise in monitoring, logging, and observability.
• We require scripting or programming skills in Python, Bash, or Go.
• We require familiarity with DevSecOps practices and security compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• We design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, testing, and deployments.
• We maintain and optimize infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• We manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP for high availability and scalability.
• We implement and monitor container orchestration platforms including Kubernetes, Docker, EKS, AKS, and GKE.
• We ensure system reliability through logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, and CloudWatch.
• We drive automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and improve system efficiency.
• We collaborate with development, QA, and security teams to enable DevSecOps practices.
• We troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and apply permanent fixes.
• We contribute to disaster recovery and backup planning.
• We mentor junior engineers and share best practices within the team.
