Technical Team Lead

Salary: £35,000 - 55,000 per year

Requirements

• We are looking for a strong technical leader with evidence of team leadership and programming experience.
• We require project leadership across domains and proven project management capability.
• We need excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with users and stakeholders.
• We require at least 10 years of programming experience in C#.Net or Python.
• We need strong SQL Server experience.
• We require design and architecture experience.
• We are looking for experience leading and mentoring teams.
• Desirable experience includes JIRA, BitBucket, Salesforce, and cyber security knowledge.

Responsibilities

• We lead a team of five developers maintaining and improving our internal software systems.
• We understand the business and work closely with users to define enhancements clearly.
• We ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
• We contribute directly to programming tasks as part of the team.
• We oversee system design and architecture.
• We manage projects across multiple domains and support successful delivery.
• We liaise with senior stakeholders across Accounts, Global Operations, Support, Sales, and other business areas.
• We support remote developers and coordinate work across the team.
