Enterprise Application Specialist

Salary: £39,000 - 57,000 per year

Requirements

• Extensive experience supporting enterprise applications in a complex organization
• Specific experience with Tribal SITS
• Proven track record of delivering digital transformation initiatives
• Strong communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate confidently with both technical and non-technical colleagues
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a demanding environment

Responsibilities

• Provide expert support for the Universitys core enterprise systems
• Resolve complex problems related to enterprise applications
• Work closely with stakeholders and external suppliers to maintain reliable, secure, and effective services
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of systems that support critical areas including student information, finance, learning and teaching, and research
