Head of Solutions Architecture

Salary: £40,000 - 65,000 per year

Requirements

• Regulated sector experience in Financial Services, Insurance, Banking, Pensions, or Utilities
• Proven experience designing end-to-end solutions across multiple technology domains (applications, integration, data, infrastructure, security)
• Team management experience, with a track record of managing and mentoring a team of approximately 10 Solution Architects
• Experience as a change enabler or agent within a product or domain lead environment
• TOGAF (Foundation or Practitioner) or equivalent architecture framework experience is desirable
• Familiarity with Agile architecture approaches (e.g., SAFe or equivalent) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Oversee the architecture and design of solutions across various technology domains
• Manage and mentor a team of Solution Architects, fostering their professional development
• Act as a change agent in transitioning to product and domain lead environments
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of architectural strategies with business objectives
• Design end-to-end solutions that meet regulatory and operational requirements
