• Experience with Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.
• Previous experience in a support or consultancy environment.
• Experience supporting Power Platform.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
• A proactive approach to problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st/2nd line support across Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues within agreed SLAs.
• Work with customers to understand and troubleshoot problems.
• Support solutions across the wider Power Platform.
• Liaise with internal consultants and technical teams where required.

We are a Microsoft Partner Consultancy looking for a D365 Power Platform Support Consultant to join our growing team. This is a fully remote role based in the UK, offering up to £40,000, private healthcare, 2 paid volunteer days, and excellent development opportunities. We work directly with customers to troubleshoot issues within Power Platform and D365, and we collaborate with internal consultants and technical teams when needed.
